Baking up a success in the cake business and a happier day, just for YOU!!

My love for baking actually started when we opened Tiramisu Bakery 8 years ago. I literally had to start from scratch and teach myself as I went along, and the more requests I got for cakes, the more I ventured into learning, researching, and to combine creativity with delicious baking.

Why I chose to learn more on cakes than all our other delicious products? It’s because I love how a cake brings people together around a table. A cake means a gathering of family and friends, it means happy moments and memories. So, what better way to celebrate a festive occasion than with a wonderful cake?

To me, you first eat with your eyes, and it is very important to me that the cake looks just as good as it tastes. I’m always searching for perfect versions of any recipes, so I often revisit my old recipe books, collected over the years, and I use a classic recipe as the basis for a new flavour combination and add a twist!!
